The AKdémiciens reside in a spacious three-story house located in a residential area near the center of Nancy, just two minutes from the tramway, which connects schools, colleges, and sports halls. The house features shared double rooms with beds, desks, and storage, along with bathrooms and separate toilets on each floor for privacy.

Common spaces include a dining room and open kitchen for meals and relaxation, a TV room with sofas and video games, and a laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers. A garden provides outdoor leisure and relaxation during sunny days.

Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness and adhere to internal regulations outlining tasks and sanctions, under the supervision of academy staff. A cleaning service tidies the 250 m² house weekly, but students must remain responsible for hygiene.
